Shipping is available for all orders and will be quoted separately. We use carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Your package is insured through these carriers, and any claims for lost or damaged goods should be processed through their insurance.

 

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or reprocessing of orders will be considered at our discretion if a written request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Custom Services:
Revisions are limited to adjustments in size, color, spelling, and other small changes as specified in the job agreement. Major changes may incur additional fees. Dissatisfaction with custom work must be communicated in writing within 24 hours for consideration.
